Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and technology-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial strategy, governance, and digital transformation initiatives. This role requires a finance leader who can build automated financial processes, strengthen controls, improve reporting transparency, and support business growth through data-driven decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance leadership, ERP implementation, process automation, and strategic financial management.
Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Transformation & Automation
• Lead the implementation and optimization of cloud-based ERP systems
• Drive automation of finance and accounting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Develop real-time financial reporting and management dashboards
• Improve financial controls through technology-enabled solutions
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual processes and enhance operational transparency
Financial Control & Governance
• Establish and maintain robust internal controls and audit processes
• Monitor business performance and identify areas for cost optimization
• Review financial reports and ensure accuracy of management information
• Oversee revenue assurance and financial compliance initiatives
• Strengthen financial reporting frameworks across business operations
Strategic Financial Management
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Optimize working capital and cash flow management
• Support business expansion through financial analysis and feasibility assessments
• Evaluate investments, capital expenditure, and growth opportunities
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership
Compliance & Risk Management
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax, regulatory, and statutory requirements
• Manage financial risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Coordinate internal and external audits
• Oversee banking relationships, guarantees, and financial obligations
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
• Lead and mentor finance and accounts teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to improve financial processes
• Present financial insights and performance reports to senior management
• Drive a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement
Eligibility Criteria
• Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred
• MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification may be considered
• 12–18 years of finance experience
• Minimum 5 years in a CFO, Finance Head, or senior finance leadership role
• Proven experience leading finance transformation and automation projects
• Experience managing large-scale business operations and financial controls
