Beyond capital, Bio-nAbler brings deep sector expertise, strategic leadership, and operational capabilities to structure and scale complex life science assessments and transactions. About Bharat Medicare Bharat is a rapidly growing healthcare services platform operating across three distinct verticals: Occupational Health: Healthcare services delivered at corporate client sites — manufacturing plants, warehouses, offices, and educational centers — serving nearly 70 clients across ~200 medical clinic locations with preventative primary care for our clients' employees. Unique Minds: Integrated clinics providing developmental services for children with neuro-developmental needs. Patient Support: Point-of-care services such as bone mass density testing, haemoglobin tests, and respiratory disease screening for leading domestic pharmaceutical manufacturers. Following the acquisition of Strata Meditech, Bharat is scaling toward a preventative primary care platform with a clear growth trajectory and defined value-creation milestones. The role sits at the intersection of finance leadership, strategy, and capital markets. You will be the financial face of the company to private equity sponsors and the Board, partnering closely with the CEO, the Chief Strategy Officer, and Bio-nAbler leadership to scale Bharat into a leading pan-India healthcare platform. Key Responsibilities 1. Finance Function Build-Out & Controllership Build the finance function from its current base into a scalable, controls-driven organization capable of supporting a high-growth, multi-entity healthcare platform. Establish a disciplined monthly close process, delivering P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements reviewed by mid-month of the following period. Own the chart of accounts, ERP (Odoo) implementation and adoption, monthly bank reconciliations, and end-to-end accounting operations (OTC, AR, AP, RTR). Institute robust internal controls, month-end governance, and audit-ready processes across Bharat and Strata Meditech. 2. Performance Accounting, FP&A & Unit Economics Build engagement-level, client-wise, and site-wise profitability reporting that turns financial data into operational insight. Own budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and the annual operating plan, presenting actuals versus plan to leadership and the Board each month. Drive ARPU, margin, and cost-to-serve analytics to inform pricing, contract repricing, and service-line expansion decisions. 3. Investor Reporting, Fundraising & Capital Markets Serve as the fi
