We are seeking a strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who will help guide the company’s financial strategy, optimize financial operations, and support sustainable growth. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) based in Sacramento, CA. While the role primarily requires on-site presence, some work-from-home flexibility is available. The CFO will oversee financial planning, manage financial reporting, and ensure the accuracy of financial statements. Additionally, the CFO will play a key role in developing and implementing financial strategies to achieve organizational goals. Responsibilities also include analyzing financial data, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing leadership to the finance team. Qualifications • Expertise in Financial Planning and development of long-term financial strategies • Proficiency in managing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting • Strong Analytical Skills and a deep understanding of financial trends and data interpretation • Comprehensive knowledge of finance and fiscal management practices • Proven leadership and team management skills • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred • Experience in a leadership financial role, preferably in a mid-size or larger organization
