Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee financial strategy, planning, and operations. The CFO will play a key role in managing the company’s financial health, supporting growth initiatives, and ensuring strong fiscal performance across the organization. Responsibilities • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals • Oversee budgeting, accounting, reporting, and financial planning • Manage corporate finance activities including investments and capital planning • Monitor financial risks and ensure compliance with regulations • Identify growth opportunities and support business development initiatives • Prepare financial reports and provide insights to executive leadership • Lead and support the finance team to ensure accuracy and efficiency Requirements • Experience in finance, accounting, or corporate financial management • Strong leadership and analytical skills • Knowledge of budgeting, reporting, and financial controls • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred) Pay: $145,000.00-$150,000.00 per year Benefits: • Company events • Discounted or free food • Employee assistance program • Flexible schedule • Relocation assistance Work Location: In person
