Our client, a prominent healthcare organization committed to serving the community through comprehensive and innovative care, is hiring a Chief Financial Officer . The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will provide strategic financial leadership, oversee comprehensive financial planning and analysis, and support the organization's mission of delivering high-quality, safety-net healthcare. This senior Executive Leadership role requires a dynamic leader with extensive healthcare finance expertise, particularly in hospital reimbursement, revenue cycle management, and financial turnaround initiatives. The CFO will play a critical role in supporting the organization’s financial stability and long-term sustainability, directly engaging with the Executive Leadership team, Board of Trustees, and external partners. Responsibilities • Develop and implement long-term financial strategies aligned with organizational goals. • Present financial performance, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to the Board of Trustees. • Oversee revenue cycle management, including billing, collections, and payer performance analysis. • Lead government reimbursement strategies, particularly Medicare and Medicaid, identifying and maximizing supplemental funding opportunities. • Manage relationships with governmental agencies and regulatory bodies. • Direct operational finance activities encompassing managed care contracting, physician productivity evaluations, and operational efficiency initiatives. • Develop and evaluate infrastructure investments, capital expenditures, and return on investment analyses. • Assist in grant procurement and financing initiatives to support organizational growth and infrastructure development. • Collaborate with clinical leadership to advance operational improvements and cost management strategies.
