Role Overview As the CEO for Finland entity, you will spearhead the growth and expansion of the company in the fintech sector. This role offers the exciting opportunity to shape the strategic direction and financial health of the organization, leveraging your skills in governance and stakeholder engagement to drive success. Key Responsibilities • Provide strategic oversight and governance for the company's operations within the EU. • Drive business growth and expansion initiatives, focusing on market penetration and customer acquisition. • Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies to ensure financial stability and profitability. • Advise on corporate strategy and regulatory expectations. • Engage with stakeholders to foster strong partnerships and drive business objectives. Requirements • Extensive experience in a senior leadership role within the fintech or payments industry. • Demonstrated understanding of the regulatory landscape in the EU for electronic money institutions. • Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and driving organizational change. • Proficiency in English for effective communication with diverse stakeholders. • Proficiency in Finnish for effective communication with FIN-FSA regulator. • Strong financial acumen with experience in financial planning and analysis. • Familiarity with digital payment technologies and open banking solutions. • Languages: Finnish, English • Experience in fintech Key Soft Skills • Strong stakeholder management skills to build and maintain relationships with key partners, regulators, and clients. • Ability to work autonomously and make strategic decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Excellent analytical thinking to assess complex business scenarios and develop innovative solutions.
