Description
The Roseland Multi Academy Trust is a high-performing and values-driven family of schools at an exciting point in our development. Comprising three secondary schools, two primary schools and a Teaching School Hub, we have established strong foundations through sustained school improvement, collaborative working and a shared commitment to excellence. Rooted in our mission “to provide outstanding education for our communities, where everyone succeeds,” our Trust places people, professional trust and partnership at the heart of our work. We have built a reputation for developing staff, sharing best practice and securing strong outcomes for young people. As we look ahead to the next phase of our journey, following the planned retirement of our long-serving CEO, we are seeking an exceptional leader to build on our success and help shape an ambitious future for our schools and communities. The Chief Executive Officer is the Trust’s senior executive leader, responsible for overall performance, sustainability and future development. Working with the Trust Board and Executive Team, the CEO will provide strategic direction, ensuring educational excellence, operational effectiveness and financial stewardship remain closely aligned. Leading improvement across all schools, the successful candidate will safeguard the Trust’s values-driven culture while strengthening partnerships, enhancing our profile and positioning the organisation for future opportunities. As Accounting Officer, they will also ensure the highest standards of governance and accountability. We are seeking an accomplished and values-led leader with a strong track record beyond a single setting. You will bring experience of driving organisational improvement, developing high-performing teams and delivering sustained excellence across diverse educational environments. With strong strategic insight, sound judgement and the ability to build confidence with a wide range of stakeholders, you will combine expertise in school improvement, governance and financial accountability with a deep commitment to improving outcomes and life chances for children and young people. This is an opportunity for an ambitious and collaborative leader who is motivated by purpose, committed to excellence and ready to lead a thriving Trust into its next chapter of success.
