The Chief Carpenter leads the Carpentry Department and is responsible for all carpentry work and general repairs on and around the yacht, ensuring guest and employee areas are always maintained to the highest standards of safety and comfort. The Chief Carpenter delegates tasks and responsibilities among the team and trains the junior carpenters in their trade while promoting and ensuring all Gold Standards and Brand Culture are embraced by the team at all times, particularly when assisting guests and Ladies and Gentlemen.
