Chemical Treatment Coordinator Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a Chemical Treatment Coordinator for our Casa Grande, AZ facility .    The Treatment Coordinator   manages the chemical stabilization, neutralization and evaporation operations  at the Triumvirate Casa Grande, Arizona facility. The ideal candidate will possess experience in the hazardous and non-hazardous waste industry. We are seeking a professional capable of working side by side with our Plant Manager optimizing safety, compliance, and hazardous waste processing throughput.  Triumvirate Environmental provides leading organizations in the higher education, life sciences, healthcare, and advanced manufacturing sectors with diverse services and expertise to assist them with compliance management. Responsibilities:   Oversee daily operations and planning of the chemical stabilization, neutralization, and evaporation processes. Able to review incoming waste streams for treatability and profitability Ensure all treatment activities are performed in full compliance with established regulations and site operating procedures. Works collaboratively with Environmental, Health and Safety personnel to develop and enforce safety protocols and procedures to protect employees and the environment. Recommend hires and retain employees. Evaluate and enhance existing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize environmental impact. Assist with monitoring and controlling operational costs while maintaining high-quality service delivery Conduct regular inspections of the treatment area and processes according to established protocols. Continually pursue best management practices to enhance operational performance Regularly analyze and assess industry and market trends Develop technical expertise and knowledge of the company’s chemical treatment capabilities Rotating on-call responsibilities as part of our Emergency Response team  Basic Requirements:   Strong communication skills with the ability to build, lead teams, provide direction to staff with regulatory reporting to senior management.  5-10+ years’ experience within the hazardous and non-hazardous waste business. Proven experience with chemical stabilization, neutralization and evaporation processes. Strong technical knowledge. Possess strategic, problem analysis, and creativity skills. Ability to function in all levels of personal protective equipment (PPE). Bilingual English & Spanish preferred. Expertise in all MS suite applications with strong Excel skills. Education: Bachelors and/or Master’s degree preferred. 40-hour OSHA Hazwoper Certification w/ current 8-hr refresher D.O.T. Hazardous Materials Training Able to obtain and maintain a fork truck license Personality conducive to teamwork Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship  Must have a reliable form of transportation  Must be willing to consent to Motor Vehicle Record screening, criminal background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screen (inclusive of THC)  Upon employment, you will be required to participate in a random drug screening program (inclusive of THC) as part of our company’s commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment  Must be able to lift 60 pounds on a regular basis  Ability to work overtime on a regular basis  Must be willing to work flexible hours within the work week (Monday through Friday)
