Your profile
• Professional experience: Completed hospitality training as well as several years of experience in the upscale service sector – ideally in a comparable position.
• Expertise: Sound knowledge of gastronomy, particularly in wine and food expertise.
• Service orientation: A keen sense of our guests' wishes and a high level of willingness to serve.
• Strong communication skills: Excellent communication skills in German and/or English as well as the ability to keep a cool head even in demanding situations.
• Team spirit: Enjoyment of teamwork as well as a motivating and supportive manner.
• Appearance: Well-groomed appearance and a confident, friendly demeanour.
• Organizational talent: Excellent organizational skills and an eye for detail.
• Flexibility: Stress resistance and flexibility, especially during the rush hour when guests arrive in droves or during high-alpine weather changes.
• Commute: For winter sports fans, the commute can be done by ski or snowboard – including first and last line on the empty slopes.
Your responsibilities
• Supporting the restaurant management: Responsibility for a smooth service flow in your area and close collaboration with the restaurant management, including at events or culinary highlights.
• Mise en place: Preparation and organisation of the work area to ensure fast and efficient service.
• Guest care: Ensuring high guest satisfaction through attentive and professional service.
• Staff leadership: Support and guidance for the service staff, including the onboarding of new team members.
• Menu & wine recommendations: Competent advice for guests on the menu and wine selection.
• Quality management: Ensuring high standards in the service area and continuously improving workflows.
• Environmentally conscious work: Promoting an environmentally friendly working environment through sustainable practices.

We offer full-time employment with 6-day week (48 hrs.) with 1 – 2 evening shifts per week incl. attractive Gross wage from € 3,300.– (pay above the Hotel & Gastronomy collective agreement, with the option of additional adjustment depending on qualifications). On top of that, you also get a share of the tips, holiday and Christmas bonuses (pro rata), free board and lodging, and other goodies!
