CDD - 6 months - Project Manager   –   Boutique Projects -    (M/F/X) Fashion is the Brand's original activity. Two Haute Couture collections, six seasonal Ready-to-Wear and accessories collections and two sportswear and lifestyle-inspired capsule collections - Coco Beach and Coco Neige - offer a style that captures the spirit of the times and is part of women's everyday lives. A silhouette in motion and accessories   are   an essential part of the CHANEL allure and the Brand's timeless codes,   immediately   identifiable, imagined by Gabrielle Chanel and   now reinterpreted by Matthieu Blazy. WHAT IMPACT YOU CREATE AT CHANEL Within the Fashion Image Department, you report to the   Orchestration & Production   Manager in charge of Boutique projects. You   are responsible for   project managing the   360   orchestration   of boutique projects worldwide   with all contributing   expertise . These projects include the   opening/re-opening of   boutiques   ,   temporary boutiques, ephemeral and seasonal boutiques,   pop-ups,   as well as animations around End-of-Year activations in the Fashion network. You act as the key point of contact between markets,   Studio Image /   internal creative teams (Architecture, Visual Merchandising, Production , Graphist ) and   G lobal   expertise   (Communication, Media, Press, Social, Clients, VICs , Staff Engagement ). You actively contribute to the governance of projects and are a driving force in ensuring flawless execution in line with the image of the   House . YOUR ROLE Project Orchestration & Coordination • Coordinate all stages of preparation and production of Boutique   projects   between markets and internal teams — from   initial   briefing through to delivery. • Contribute to the creation and communication of project guidelines, briefs,   timelines   and deliverables alongside global   expertise   (Creative, Visual Merchandising, Product, Communications, Clients & Retail). • Drive cross-functional validation processes and ensure smooth communication across all stakeholders. • Anticipate operational challenges and propose solutions to guarantee proper execution in line with the image   of   the Maison. Market Support • Guide regions/markets in the implementation of the 360 Orchestration plan for boutique projects (Communications, Media, Press, Client, event format, VM, etc.). • Ensure markets   submit   complete and detailed briefs to enable   timely   and   accurate   asset production. • Collect post-opening / post-event feedback and learnings from   markets, and   consolidate   findings for the Event Strategy team. • Assist   in the management of budgets per market. Creative Coordination & Production • Steer the creative stages (Architecture, Visual Merchandising, Production & Graphic Design) within the framework of boutique projects and related events. • Monitor the production and development of event formats and assets, acting as the liaison between production & traffic teams and markets. • Manage the reception,   processing   and dispatch of project assets to markets, ensuring adherence to deadlines. • Elaborate and track production retro-planning to ensure alignment across workstreams . Governance & Reporting • Drive cross-functional validation processes and ensure smooth communication across all stakeholders. • Prepare tracking documents, reporting materials and presentation decks for project governance forums (Event Taskforce, Regional meetings, etc.). • Provide continuous visibility to key internal stakeholders on the progress of projects. • Ensure cross-divisional inclusion and coordination where   required   (Watches & Fine Jewellery). WHAT YOU WILL BRING • Minimum   4-5   years' experience in retail project management and/or event management in a demanding and fast-paced environment. Experience in the luxury market is highly appreciated. • Strong coordination and multi-project management abilities • Rigorous, highly organised with strong anticipation skills • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse and high-level stakeholders   of   different   functions   (creative,   product, marketing, communications…) • Proactive, solution-oriented and a driving force within the team • Strong sensitivity to the luxury and fashion universe •  Fluent in English and French.
