Description
We've a challenging and rewarding Chef De Partie position in one of Munster's more scenic corners, within one of its more prestigious hotels. While our clients value' experience they will consider applications for this Chef De Partie job from Chefs who have worked to Demi Chef level and above. Some hotel experience on your CV would be beneficial however while this is one of the province's better hotels they pride themselves on the fact that their dining enjoys a reputation and character not typical of Hotel food. So if you have some high quality restaurant and/or gastropub experience that's all the better. This is a new position because this is a highly successful and growing business which offers the successful applicant a very realistically achievable pathway to promotion and further improved salary and conditions. That's why they'd like you to be ambitious to go further, with them! This is a low staff turnover position and, as stated above, this position exists only because of expansion (no one is being replaced) so consider this a relatively rare opportunity to get into one of the more desirable kitchens in this part of the world . We encourage you to apply now; we are confident of filling this vacancy in a very short space of time. If you're applying from abroad please remember you have to be eligible to work in the host country. All job offers, and even our ability to consider your application, are subject to this condition. Due to the sheer volume of CVs we handle we cannot, in all cases, promise an immediate personal response.
