Then, as a dedicated Chef de Entremetier (m/f/d) the perfect addition to our kitchen team! Your profile • Professional experience: Completed culinary training and references from previous workplaces, as well as several years of experience in the à la carte or hotel kitchen sector. • Expertise: Excellent knowledge in preparing vegetable, soup and side dishes. • Quality standards: Passion for high kitchen quality, creativity and a keen sense for detail. • Leadership skills: The ability to run your own station efficiently and support a team, as well as an independent, structured and quality-conscious way of working. • Development: Motivation for continuous development and for supporting the kitchen management. • Communication: Good communication skills and a cooperative working style as well as team spirit and flexibility, even when the weather doesn't cooperate. • Appearance: Well-groomed appearance and a positive charisma. • Organizational talent: Good planning and organizational skills. • Commute: For winter sports fans, the commute can be done by ski or snowboard – including first and last line on the empty slopes. Your responsibilities • Support for the kitchen management: Active support of the kitchen management in organizing and carrying out the daily kitchen operations. • Running your own station: Leading and organizing the entremetier station and ensuring smooth operations. • Menu preparation: Preparation and cooking of dishes in accordance with the menu specifications and quality standards. • Teamwork: Collaboration with the kitchen team to ensure an efficient and coordinated way of working. • Quality assurance: Ensuring the consistently high quality and presentation of the dishes. • Food hygiene & occupational safety: Compliance with hygiene regulations according to HACCP and occupational safety standards. • Environmentally conscious work: Implementation of sustainable and environmentally friendly practices in the kitchen. • Culinary events: Support for the kitchen team at any events or culinary highlights. In addition, there is a share of the tips, holiday and Christmas bonuses (pro rata), free board and lodging, and further goodies on top!
