Position: Automotive - Charging Test Engineer Working Location: Haiphong Contact to: Tuyen dung Vietsol ([email protected]) Job Descriptions: Vehicle Test Preparation • Evaluate vehicle hardware and software readiness and ensure accurate status updates in the JIRA system. • Use digital tools (JIRA) to track test progress, manage changes, and report vehicle status. • Prepare testing tools and perform troubleshooting for charging system tests. Charging System Test Execution • Perform vehicle-level and bench-level testing of charging systems. • Analyze and evaluate charging system quality standards and test processes. • Verify, analyze, and re-test charging system-related JIRA tickets. • Support customers in planning and managing FRS (Field Readiness / Functional Requirement Specification) testing activities. • Review test results, assess quality performance, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Reporting & Continuous Improvement • Monitor daily test progress, collect test data, and update issues and results in JIRA tickets. • Develop and maintain test scenarios, test cases, and test methods to validate charging performance and compliance with charging standards. Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Automation, or related fields). • At least 2 years of experience working on charging systems or charging components. • Solid knowledge of charging standards such as IEC 61851, ISO 15118, and DIN. • Minimum 1 year of experience in vehicle testing. • Valid B2 (or higher) driving license. • Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written). • Proficient in office software (Microsoft Office). • Experience with VinFast systems (SAP, JIRA, TeamCenter, etc.) is an advantage. • Hands-on experience with Vector tools (CANoe, CANalyzer, etc.). • Strong knowledge of in-vehicle communication protocols: CAN, LIN, Ethernet, DoIP, and INCA. • Good communication skills and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. • Ability to work independently, in a team environment, and under high-pressure conditions. • Highly motivated, proactive, and passionate about work.
