We recently launched Chaos AI, a financial intelligence platform that transforms complex market data into actionable insights and brings institutional-grade intelligence to everyone. The Role: We're looking for a Senior AI Engineer to design and build the agentic systems powering Chaos AI. You'll work at the intersection of LLMs, financial data, and production infrastructure, creating intelligent agents that reason, plan, and execute across complex financial workflows. Responsibilities: Design and build single and multi-agent systems with planning, memory, and tool use Build and operate MCP servers with secure schemas and permissions Develop agentic workflows using LangGraph or equivalent frameworks Integrate LLMs via SDKs; manage prompts, structured outputs, and tool calling Define and run LLM evaluations for quality, correctness, latency, cost, and regressions Build observability and reliability infrastructure: logging, tracing, retries, state management Optimize performance and cost from prototype to production Mentor engineers and establish agentic best practices 5+ years software engineering; 2+ years building production AI/ML systems Hands-on experience with agentic architectures and tool calling Practical experience with MCP servers Experience with LangGraph or equivalent agentic frameworks Experience designing and operating LLM evaluation pipelines Strong Python and API design skills Familiarity with RAG pipelines, vector databases, and embedding-based retrieval Preferred Qualifications: Experience with financial data, crypto/DeFi, or quantitative analysis Background in distributed systems or high-throughput data pipelines Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects Our Perks: Compensation & Equity – competitive package aligned with growth, performance, and merit Career Growth Opportunities – be part of a rapidly expanding, global technology company with room to grow professionally Paid Time Off - 21 vacation days + 7 sick days + 8 observed U.S. company holidays Health Coverage - 100% employer-paid options (medical, dental & vision) for you and your dependents FSA / HSA Options - depending on selected health insurance plan Parental Leave - thoughtful policy to support your family needs Wellness Programs - OneMedical, Teladoc, Talkspace, and EAP Career Growth - opportunities in a rapidly expanding, global technology company with personalized professional development Pre-tax Commuter Benefits Compensation & Equity - competitive package aligned with growth and merit Salary and seniority level commensurate with experience (Range: $130K–$150K
