This role shall be principally focussed on Civilian Training Services Change Management (MIL) Training for DOD/Military | Aerospace, Defense And Military - Aerospace, Defense, and Military (ADM) Industry Sector Group: Services And Solutions That Enable Aerospace, Defense, and Military Agencies To Enhance Capabilities, Drive Transformation, Operate Sustainably, And Maintain Mission-Readiness We seek Change Management (MIL) Training Course Instructor | Change Management (MIL) Training [USARC0021021] candidates with relevant DOD/Military Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for DOD/Military Sector Clients such as USARC. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Change Management (MIL) Training Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - Civilian Training Services Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position. JOB OVERVIEW Provide services and support as a Change Management (MIL) Training Course Instructor [Civilian Training Services] aligned with the Change Management (MIL) Training Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline in the DOD/Military Industry Sector. This role focusses on HC | Human Capital Solutions for clients such as United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) | USARC Civilian Training Services - 'Civilian Personnel Management Office (CPMO) Located Southeast (Fort Bragg, NC/Virtual Delivery) and across the Southeastern United States / U.S. East Coast Region (Of Country/World) Hybrid – On/Off Client Site and Virtual. Delivering change management (mil) learning solutions that strengthen workforce readiness, leadership effectiveness, and mission performance. The Change Management (MIL) Training program equips civilian professionals and military-support personnel with the knowledge, frameworks, and practical strategies required to lead organizational transformation while maintaining mission effectiveness. Participants learn how to assess change impacts, communicate effectively, build stakeholder commitment, and address resistance in complex operational environments. Through facilitated exercises, scenario-based learning, coaching activities, and collaborative planning sessions, participants develop the skills necessary to guide organizations through change with resilience, adaptability, and strategic focus.
