Position: Chair of the Board – Multi-Site Health & Wellness Group Location: London (with occasional UK travel) Remuneration: £90,000 per annum Time Commitment: Approx. 3–4 days per month
About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Chair of the Board to lead a private equity-backed, high-growth health & wellness group with multiple sites across the UK.
The Chair will provide strategic leadership to the Board and act as a trusted partner to the Chief Executive and senior team, ensuring the organisation delivers on its ambitious growth plans while maintaining operational excellence and a customer-first culture.
This is a pivotal role in guiding a dynamic, consumer-focused business through its next stage of expansion, acquisitions, and value creation.
