We are continuing to expand our anesthesia services and invite you to join our collaborative team of more than 150 anesthesia providers. CRNAs are encouraged to: • Precept SRNAs and support the development of future anesthesia providers • Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives • Engage in peer review and professional practice activities • Serve on the Advanced Practice Council and other interdisciplinary committees • Participate in Grand Rounds, journal clubs, case conferences, and continuing education programs • Contribute to a culture of mentorship, collaboration, and lifelong learning In accordance with delineated clinical privileges, the CRNA is responsible for providing safe, high-quality anesthesia care, including but not limited to: • Performing comprehensive pre-anesthesia patient assessments and evaluations • Developing and implementing individualized anesthesia care plans in collaboration with the anesthesia team • Delivering anesthesia care across a variety of procedural and surgical settings • Monitoring patients throughout the perioperative period and responding to changing clinical conditions • Providing post-anesthesia evaluation, follow-up, and patient care Join a team where clinical excellence, professional development, education, and innovation are integral to the practice of anesthesia every day. Licenses: • California registered nurse license and CRNA license required. • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists. • American Red Cross or American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). Experience: • 1 year of experience as a CRNA preferred.
