Make a Difference One Patient at a Time Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide one-on-one care for pediatric and/or adult patients in home and school settings. Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) and according to the patient's individualized plan of care • Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding • Monitor and document patient status, including changes in condition, behavior, or physical abilities • Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation • Support patients in school settings by promoting safety, comfort, and participation in educational activities • Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for the patient • Communicate effectively with family members, school personnel, and healthcare team members • Follow all infection control, safety, and confidentiality policies and procedures Qualifications • Current CNA certification in the state of practice • Current CPR/BLS certification preferred • Previous experience in home healthcare, pediatric care, long-term care, or school-based settings preferred but not required • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and maintain professional boundaries • Reliable transportation and punctual attendance • Ability to pass background screening and any state-required clearances Benefits • Competitive pay rates • Flexible scheduling options • Weekly pay • Health, dental, vision, and life insurance eligibility • 401(k) savings plan • Ongoing training and professional development opportunities • Supportive clinical and operational leadership team • Opportunity to make a meaningful difference through individualized patient care Why Maxim Healthcare?
