Description
Oikonomakis Law, one of Greece’s leading international law firms with an extensive global presence, is seeking to recruit a Certified Notary Assistant to join our Athens Office. This is a full-time position requiring daily physical presence at our Athens premises. The successful candidate will be expected to: * Assist in the preparation and management of notarial deeds and related documentation. * Coordinate with clients, lawyers, public authorities and other professionals. * Prepare supporting documentation for real estate transactions, corporate matters and other notarial procedures. * Monitor deadlines and ensure the timely completion of all formalities. * Maintain accurate electronic and physical records. * Support the Firm’s legal teams in matters requiring coordination with notarial offices. Requirements Applicants must satisfy the following minimum requirements: * Certification as a Notary Assistant in accordance with the applicable Greek legal framework. * A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience working in a notary office. * Excellent knowledge of notarial procedures and documentation. * Excellent organisational and administrative skills. * Ability to work efficiently under pressure while managing multiple files simultaneously. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Professional communication skills. * Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and modern digital document management systems.
