The company is therefore seeking a commercially driven CEO to take full ownership of financing and lead the business towards its next investment milestone and long-term exit. The CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors and key stakeholders, taking full responsibility for corporate strategy, financing, partnerships, and overall company performance.
