Foremen – Refinery Project with Travel – La Porte, TX Stronghold is hiring experienced Foremen to manage project-based refinery work out of La Porte, TX. This leadership role requires oversight of crews, coordination with subcontractors, and responsibility for job safety and progress tracking. Ideal candidates have prior supervisory experience in the refinery industry and are prepared for frequent travel. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
