Description
The Training & Onboarding Process • Paid Orientation: Held in Springdale, AR. We take care of you from day one—travel and hotel accommodations are fully provided, along with a $100 food stipend. • On-the-Road Mentorship: Complete a minimum of 10 days of hands-on OTR training alongside an experienced driver mentor, earning a steady $75.00 per day . • Solo Upgrade: Return to Arkansas for your final testing and instantly upgrade to full solo status with your own assigned truck. Solo Fleet Compensation & Career Growth • Solo Launch: Start out at $0.35 CPM running an average of 2,500+ miles per wee during training. • 90-Day Step-Up: Your pay increases significantly to $0.70 CPM after just 3 months of safe solo driving. • 1-Year Milestone: Earn up to $0.80 CPM once you hit your one-year anniversary. • Additional Protection: Peace-of-mind breakdown pay of $40.00 after 24 hours. Operations, Equipment & Perks • Miles & Lanes: High-volume dry van freight with steady, year-round miles across all 48 states. • Passenger Policy: Want to bring a loved one along? A passenger policy is available immediately after upgrading to solo status (no pets allowed). • Home Time: Home every 7-10 days Full W2 Benefits Package • Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance plans • Paid Holidays: Earn $100.00 per holiday • Paid Vacation: Full vacation eligibility after your first year Job Requirements • License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). • Recent Grads Welcomed: Your Class A CDL must have been obtained within the past 12 months. • Experience Cap: Designed for entry-level drivers; you must have limited recent carrier experience (no more than 3 months with any other carrier). • Compliance: Must meet all DOT safety, background, and drug & alcohol requirements.
