Driver Responsibilities As a regional CDL-A driver, you will: • Operate a Class A commercial vehicle safely and efficiently • Transport dry van freight throughout the Southwest • Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections • Maintain electronic logs and shipping documentation • Comply with DOT regulations and company safety policies Compensation • $0.53 CPM on all dispatched miles (loaded and empty) • Average 2,240+ miles per week • Additional safety incentive opportunities available • Additional $0.01 CPM for drivers with a Hazmat endorsement (endorsement not required) • Driver Pay Protection Program available • Weekly pay via direct deposit Route Details • Regional Southwest operation • Weekly home time with a scheduled 34-hour restart • Dry van freight • No-touch freight • Primarily drop-and-hook loads Minimum Requirements Applicants must meet the following qualifications: • Valid Class A CDL • Minimum 6 months of recent Class A tractor-trailer experience • Must be at least 21 years of age • Must meet DOT qualification requirements • Must be authorized to work in the United States Benefits Eligible drivers receive: • Paid orientation • Medical insurance • Dental insurance • Vision insurance • 401(k) retirement plan • Weekly direct deposit Additional Hiring Information Drivers who have successfully completed the FMCSA SAP Return-to-Duty process may be considered if all SAP requirements have been completed and verifiable Class A driving experience has been obtained after completing the SAP program.
