Duration: Permanent Salary: £55,000 - £62,000 per annum + excellent Public Sector benefits Working Pattern : Hybrid working (on-site presence would be required 3 days a week maximum) Castlefield Recruitment are currently partnering with a Public Sector organisation with offices across North London to recruit a Category Manager on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for a candidate from either the Public or Private sector with strong FM/Estates procurement experience. Role Summary; • Responsible for full ‘end to end’ tendering across the Estates and Facilities Category area – 60% soft FM with the further 40% across Construction and Hard FM • Manage and develop contracts and a category work plan – driving the category workload forward whilst incorporating national procurement priorities • Identify and deliver savings within this category area • Support internal and external stakeholders applying procedures when necessary • Undertake research and development on products and new markets when required Key Skills Required; • Working knowledge and experience within the FM/Estates sector • Experience in either the Public or Private Sector • Must have a background in Procurement and managing contracts within a regulated environment For more information on this role, please get in touch with Luis Covell on 07584 353 015 or [email protected] Thank you!
