Currently we are looking for:
Category Buyer - CAPEX
location: Kraków
Core responsibilities:
• Purchase indirect CAPEX materials and services for global investment projects
• Support the sourcing process from RFQ/RFX to contract signing
• Manage and develop long-lasting relationships with suppliers
• Assist in data collection, procurement reporting, and analysis
• Help develop and evaluate suppliers based on quality and performance
• Work with internal teams to support project coordination and timelines
• Project coordination and cross-functional collaboration with key internal stakeholders
• Contribute to achieving costs savings /avoidance and process improvements
Our expectations:
• Around 3 years of experience in a procurement role
• Fluency (B2 – C1) in English (written and spoken)
• Solid MS Office skills, especially Word & Excel
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to identify and solve problems proactively
• Comfortable working under the time pressure and managing multiple tasks
• Positive, team-oriented mindset with a focus on results
• Can-do attitude with a drive to deliver and exceed targets
