Description
Role Overview Table Games Managers apply their casino floor leadership and operations expertise to evaluate AI-generated content and help improve how AI understands table games procedures, staff supervision, and guest service. This is a remote, part-time, project-based engagement that can be done alongside a primary job rather than a traditional full-time casino property role.
Key Responsibilities
• Use real-world experience overseeing table games operations to assess AI-generated scenarios, answers, and guidance for accuracy and realism.
• Review AI responses for procedural correctness, regulatory and compliance concerns, and appropriate guest service standards.
• Draft job-related questions or prompts based on authentic operational situations.
• Provide clear, specific feedback and written notes that explain where AI content is correct, incomplete, or incorrect.
• Work independently to follow written instructions and apply professional judgment when evaluating sensitive or proprietary content.
Qualifications
• 4+ years of professional experience in casino games management or closely related gaming operations leadership roles.
• Current or recent roles such as Table Games Manager, Assistant Table Games Manager, Pit Manager, Pit Boss, Floor Supervisor with table games oversight, Casino Operations Supervisor, or Gaming Manager on casinos or cruise ships.
• Hands-on experience supervising dealers or floor staff and ensuring compliance with procedures and regulations.
• Strong written communication, attention to detail, and the ability to document feedback clearly.
• Reliable, discreet, and comfortable exercising professional judgment with confidential information.
• No prior AI or technical experience is required.
Work Terms
• Status: Independent contractor, not a full-time employee role.
• Location: Fully remote, work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection and access to a desktop or laptop computer.
• Schedule: Flexible and asynchronous, there is no minimum hour requirement. Many contributors work approximately 5-20 hours per week when assigned to an active project.
• Duration and availability: The program runs year-round with projects opening periodically across different areas of expertise. Placement and assignments depend on current project needs, and applicants who qualify may be considered for future projects as they become available.
• This engagement is intended to be compatible with existing primary employment.
Compensation Up to $90/hr (depending on the project)
Eligibility and Work Authorization
• F-1 students who are eligible for CPT or OPT may be eligible to participate, subject to your school and Designated School Official guidance.
• If your school requires enrollment in a CPT course to authorize work, this program may not meet that requirement. STEM OPT is not supported.
• Confirm your personal work authorization with your school or legal advisor before applying.
Application Process
• Create an account with the program and complete any required profile information.
• Verify your identity as requested during onboarding.
• Complete onboarding for relevant projects, including any role-specific assessments or instructions.
