Regular or Temporary: Regular Language Fluency:  English (Required) Work Shift: 1st Shift (United States of America) Please review the following job description: The Accounting Operations Manager oversees daily accounting processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial operations. This role manages a team responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger activities while driving process improvements and adherence to internal controls. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Following   is a summary of the essential functions for this job .    Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below .    Specific activities may change from time to time . • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions. • Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements. • Manage month-end and year-end close processes to ensure   timely   and   accurate   reporting. • Develop, implement, and   monitor   process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. • Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing direction, training, and performance management. • Coordinate with internal and external auditors to   facilitate   audits and respond to inquiries. • Prepare and review financial reports, reconciliations, and variance analyses for management. •   Maintain   and enforce strong internal control   environment   to mitigate risks. • Collaborate across departments to support budgeting, forecasting, and other financial activities. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge,   skill   and/or ability required .    Reasonable   accommodation   may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. •   Bachelor’s degree in Accounting , Finance, or   a related   field. • Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory experience. •   Proficiency   in accounting systems and ERP platforms. • Knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles. • Experience with process improvement and workflow optimization. CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES / REGISTRATIONS • CPA certification preferred but not   required . •   Additional   accounting or finance-related certifications are a plus. FUNCTIONAL SKILLS • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. • Leadership and team management skills, with   ability   to mentor and develop staff. • Analytical and problem-solving skills to   identify   process improvements. •   Proficiency   with financial systems and ERP platforms. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure. • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
