This Carpenter Multi role focuses on void property refurbishments, with all materials delivered directly to site, allowing you to concentrate on completing high-quality work efficiently. I would love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as a Void Operative, Multi trade Operative or in a similar construction-related role. As a Carpenter Multi you will be: • Fit and Fix Mortice Latch and Latch set, multipoint locks, Door Hanging, Door Lining and Rebated framework • Respond swiftly to all emergency situations and resolve efficiently • All aspects of kitchen installation with mitred worktop joints and flooring • Able to use the phone and PDA to communicate effectively I’d love to speak to Carpenter Multi who has: • Experience working within the residential repairs and maintenance sector. • Experience in kitchen installations, including both first and second fix carpentry. • Experience carrying out fabrication work, including remodelling, structural alterations, and framework repairs. • Good knowledge of residential building regulations. • NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry (or equivalent) or be time-served. • Own van and tools are essential. • A DBS check will be required before commencing the role. This role is offering £25 per hour. Location & travel Based in Fareham, the role includes a company vehicle, making site travel easy.
