Job Description We are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Mason Worker to join our team at the beautiful Constance Lemuria resort in Seychelles. In this role, you will be responsible for executing various carpentry and masonry projects, contributing to the maintenance and enhancement of our world-class facilities. • Perform a wide range of carpentry tasks, including framing, finishing, and custom woodworking • Execute masonry work, such as bricklaying, stonework, and concrete installations • Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to ensure accurate project execution • Utilize hand and power tools efficiently and safely • Adhere to building codes and safety regulations throughout all projects • Adapt construction techniques to suit the tropical climate of Seychelles • Maintain a clean and organized work area • Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects on time and to specification • Perform regular maintenance and repairs on existing structures • Estimate material quantities and costs for projects as needed
