Job Title : Carpenter Location : Macungie PA Employment Type : Full-Time Salary :$25-$35 per hour Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and independent Carpenter to perform skilled carpentry work for kitchen and bathroom renovation projects. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering high-quality work with minimal supervision. This role requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to job sites. Key Responsibilities • Perform precise carpentry tasks, including framing, cabinetry installation, trim work, and custom woodworking for kitchen and bathroom renovations. • Installation of shower systems • Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and project specifications to ensure accurate execution. • Measure, cut, and install materials such as wood, drywall, and other construction components with attention to detail. • Drywall finishing • Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and ensure customer satisfaction. • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations. • Independently manage tasks and timelines to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard. Qualifications • Proven experience as a carpenter, preferably in residential remodeling or renovation projects. • Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials, with a focus on kitchen and bathroom installations. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, Van provided after probationary period. • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. • Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with clients. • Physical ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods. Preferred Skills • Experience with custom cabinetry or finish carpentry. • Familiarity with other trades (e.g., plumbing, electrical) to coordinate effectively on renovation projects. • Knowledge of current building codes and safety standards.
