Location: Vienna, VA Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview: Virginia Home Care Services, Inc. is seeking a reliable, organized, and hands-on Caregiver Coordinator to support daily operations and ensure high-quality care delivery. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills who is comfortable working both in the office and in the field. The Caregiver Coordinator will play a key role in supporting caregivers, conducting hands-on training, and maintaining client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and support caregiver schedules and assignments Conduct in-home visits to supervise and support caregivers in the field Provide hands-on training and coaching to caregivers to ensure quality care standards Assist with onboarding and orientation of new caregivers Monitor caregiver performance and address any concerns promptly Serve as a point of contact for caregivers and assist with call-outs or shift coverage Ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations Maintain professional communication with clients, families, and staff Qualifications: Previous experience in home care, healthcare coordination, or caregiver supervision preferred CNA or healthcare background (Required) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required) Ability to travel locally to client homes for training and supervision Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Professional, dependable, and solution-oriented mindset What We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience Mileage reimbursement for field visits Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive, team-oriented work environment Ongoing training and development How to Apply: Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply by submitting their resume.
