Lateral thinker, with a passion for quantitative problems and working in collaborative, dynamic environments.  Holds superior logical reasoning skills.  Experienced in programming or scripting in Python a plus.    Applying for the program    The Career Kickstarter program offers two streams:  Trading & Research  or  Technology .
