Care Support Worker | Intellectual Disability Services | Ennis, Co. Clare Location: Ennis, Co. Clare Salary: €38,000 – €52,000 (DOE) Hours: Full-time Contract: Fixed-term with potential for permanency Supporting Independence in a Community Setting This Care Support Worker role in Ennis is based within a service supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities , with a strong focus on community involvement and everyday independence. You’ll be supporting individuals to build confidence, develop practical life skills, and engage more actively in their local community, through consistent, person-centred support. This is a hands-on role where building trust and maintaining consistency are key.
