Closing date 03 Aug 2026 We are looking for a Care Leaver Navigator to work across Kent, providing personalised support to young people (aged 16–25) leaving care, including unaccompanied asylum-seeking young people. Taking a person-centred, holistic approach, you will support young people to build confidence, develop independence, and improve their wellbeing. You will connect them to education, employment, training, and community opportunities, while offering practical and emotional support during their transition to adulthood. You will work alongside young people to understand what matters to them, helping them create personalised plans, strengthen support networks, and feel less isolated, ensuring fewer care leavers feel lost and more are supported to thrive. You will need to be able to drive and have access to a vehicle for this role, as it involves community and home visits. The role includes providing regulated activity with adults and children, so employment is subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
