Job Description Arundel Lodge is a non-profit organization dedicated to creating a world where behavioral health disorders do not limit individuals from achieving meaningful lives within their communities. We strive to be a vital part of a community network that prevents behavioral health disorders and provides essential care and support to help individuals lead healthy, productive lives. Our mission focuses on improving the lives of children, adults, and families affected by mental health and substance use disorders. Rehabilitation Specialists are expected to implement the Recovery Model in all interactions with members. This approach emphasizes hope, autonomy, peer support, respect, empathy, non-stigmatizing language, empowerment, leveraging members' strengths, and fostering self-determination.
