Location: Albion Street, Blackburn, BB2 4LX Salary £25,364 Operating company: Guardian Homecare Driving licence is required Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with additional on call duties on a rota basis What you’ll do The Care Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the highest quality care services by managing care workers. Responsibilities include assessing and reviewing individual care plans, as well as supervising, instructing, and supporting care staff.
