Location: Harlow, Essex CM18.
Shift Pattern: 12 hour shifts - days and nights
Rates: £12.71 - £16
Client Overview:
Our client lives with a spinal condition and sometimes has seizures. Although she is non verbal, she is a very happy and bright lady. She lives with her mum who is very involved with her care and is someone who she has a great relationship with. Our client is a 29 year old female wo loves music, when she listens to her favourite songs, her mood is instantly lifted. She has her favourite toys that she likes to play with and at times enjoys playing with them in silence. We are looking for a female carer who is adaptable and who can assist our client in living a full life.

Where possible we will offer you work to meet your availability and as a guide, the average carer works three shifts (36hrs) per week for us and earns £500 - 555 p/wk*.
The regular working patterns that our clients require mean this three day a week work pattern equates to an average annual income of between £26,200 - £28,950*.
Job Purpose:
To deliver defined aspects of holistic care to the client guided by individualised care plans and HFH Healthcare policies.
To create and maintain a safe and supportive atmosphere in which clients can achieve their goals through clear communication and teamwork.
To mentor new members of the care team in all aspects of client specific care
To supervise and delegate tasks to double up staff
