They require tracheostomy and ventilator care, PEG feeding, mobilisation and support with personal and social aspects of life.  You will be making a difference to their lives ensuring they can participate in family life as appropriate, help support mum with their care needs, their needs vary day to day so this is a role you really can make your own and help create a strong bong with the family and siblings.
