Position Highlights:
Physician-led health system with a 767-bed tertiary center

Full spectrum of cardiac surgery, including ECMO, LVAD, IABP, cardiothoracic, transplant, and vascular surgery
Strong multidisciplinary team approach with intensivists collaborating with surgeons
Daily census 10-15 with plans to expand in 2026
Growth of APPs in the CICU to support patient care
Flexible block schedule tailored to clinical interests
Only one weekend per month required
48 days PTO annually for excellent work-life balance
