A Cardiac Anesthesiology opportunity is available within a rapidly growing cardiovascular program offering high-acuity case exposure and strong multidisciplinary support. This position provides the opportunity to join an established team as the program continues to expand, including the addition of an additional cardiac surgeon. Physicians will work across a broad range of cardiac, vascular, thoracic, and Cath lab cases within a collaborative and well-supported environment. The practice utilizes a supervision-heavy model with dedicated cardiac CRNA support, allowing for efficient and high-quality care delivery. $1 million+ potential | $725,000 guaranteed salary with strong incentive structure
