Card Payment Delivery Associate Tipalti is seeking a Card Payment Delivery Associate to join a growing global team dedicated to card revenue expansion. This is an early-career role that contributes significantly to the company’s growth strategy by executing and supporting card payments to suppliers. Achieving success in this position requires the timely and effective facilitation of payment processing for our customers. The Associate tracks payment statuses, manages supplier communications, and ensures precise payment instructions. This is a high-volume, strategically important role that directly impacts revenue achievement. In this role, you will be responsible for: Contact suppliers to process payments by telephone, web portal, and/or email. Deliver payments accurately within service level agreements in a high-volume environment. Ensure timely authorization and settlement of payments. Conduct daily follow-up on outstanding payments in the processing queue to ensure they are completed successfully. Manage and resolve payment escalations by effectively resolving conflicts with suppliers. Maintain accurate documentation in relevant systems throughout the payment lifecycle. Collaborate with suppliers to confirm precise payment processing details. Develop cross-functional skills beyond payment delivery. Take on other responsibilities as required to support and contribute to the success of the team and drive revenue growth About you  Operational Excellence:  Demonstrated capability to operate effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
