What You'll Do As a Customer Service Representative / Car Wash Attendant, you'll help deliver a safe, efficient, and welcoming experience for every customer by: Greeting customers with a friendly, positive attitude Explaining wash packages, memberships, promotions, and pricing Assisting customers with payments and account setup Preparing vehicles before entering the wash tunnel Safely directing vehicles through the wash process Monitoring wash equipment and identifying any operational issues Keeping the facility clean, organized, and inviting Performing routine site cleaning and light maintenance tasks Assisting with equipment maintenance as directed Following safety procedures and company policies Supporting teammates with additional duties as needed Requirements What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Has outstanding customer service and communication skills Enjoys working with people in a fast-paced environment Is reliable, honest, and dependable Works well independently and as part of a team Maintains a positive attitude under pressure Is comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Is eager to learn and grow within the company Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to: Stand and walk for extended periods Bend, kneel, crouch, and perform repetitive motions Lift up to 25 pounds Climb ladders when necessary Work outdoors in various weather conditions Benefits Why You'll Love Working Here We believe our employees are our greatest asset.
