The role: • You will be responsible for the day-to day management of large institutional investor accounts and will be the primary contact for operational queries. • Assist with the on-boarding of new institutional investors to the Funding Circle marketplace. This will involve working closely with most business areas, primarily Capital Markets but also Legal, Product & Technology and Operations • Responsible for reviewing and delivering regular reporting to investors • Design & implement new processes and controls from scratch • Creating and maintaining up-to-date procedures • Work with the growing global team to share best practices and learnings across Continental Europe and the US. You have: • 2-3 years of experience in a Middle Office (preferably with experience in Loans and/or Securitisations) • Excellent communication skills with internal and external clients • Willingness to take ownership of tasks • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to identify, recommend and implement solutions. • The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines • Excellent attention to detail • Confident and able to interact directly with clients and their operations teams • Ability to coordinate several teams of the company to deliver on projects
