Description
Five Rings is a proprietary trading firm with offices across North America and Europe. This role is a Trading Operations Engineer embedded on the trading desk, providing technical operations support for US and UK based trading systems while working within the Technology division.
What You'll Do
• Serve as first point of contact for traders utilizing the firm's trading systems
• Install, configure, and monitor critical trading applications
• Manage incidents via ticketing system and maintain operational documentation
• Collaborate with developers on operational processes supporting trading applications
• Balance desk-facing activities with light coding tasks in collaboration with full-time development staff
What You Need
• Strong problem solving and multitasking abilities
• Experience with Python, Bash, and MySQL on Linux
• Excellent communication skills
Base salary $225,000–$250,000 USD annually. Total compensation includes base salary and discretionary bonus.
