Description
Brief Overview We’re looking for a Campaign Manager who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, getting stuck into clever ideas, and watching them turn into campaigns that genuinely shift the needle. You’ll be joining a Manchester agency – a lively mix of strategists, creatives, analysts and all-round good humans, who care about doing great work without taking themselves too seriously. It’s just got the right balance where you’ll thrive & rise. The role You’ll work across an eclectic spread of B2B clients, the sort that keep you sharp and curious. You’ll plan and run campaigns across automation platforms, LinkedIn, Meta and Google Ads, figuring out what makes different audiences tick and nudging performance in all the right ways. You’ll dig into data, shape insights, refine targeting, and bring clarity to clients who rely on your judgment. You’ll also pitch in on strategy, help shape proposals, and keep the whole journey smooth, clear and collaborative. But beyond the day-to-day, the real reason people join, and stay – is the culture. You’ll be surrounded by people who are generous with their ideas, honest with their feedback, and genuinely excited to see each other win. It’s an agency where you can ask questions, try new things, and grow without feeling like you’re performing. What we’re after If you’ve spent 2–3 years in digital marketing or agency life, know your way around paid campaigns and automation tools, and enjoy the blend of creative thinking and analytical tinkering, you’ll feel at home here. You’re also able to set manage & optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns to achieve client objectives (lead generation, brand awareness, engagement and conversions). Primarily, being able to execute paid social campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) including targeting, bidding, creative testing and optimisation. Being proficient in CRM platforms, building automation workflows, segment audiences, manage CRM lists, and monitor campaign performance is also quite handy. What’s on offer £30 – £35,000. Unbelievable people: grounded & humble but damn good at what they do. A role that has a real future, potential share options & a culture that’s as grounded & supportive as you’d like and it’s a huge reason people stay and build long term careers. If you’re looking for an agency where you’ll grow, be trusted, and work alongside talented people who genuinely like each other, this might be exactly the next step you’ve been waiting for.
