 Monitor performance and regulatory compliance of contracted maintenance organizations.  Work closely with the Safety Manager and Compliance Monitoring Manager to integrate continuing airworthiness into the Safety Management System (SMS) and compliance monitoring framework.  Actively participate in safety and compliance activities, including: Hazard identification and risk assessment Continuous improvement initiatives Audit preparation and support  Provide technical leadership and professional development of CAMO personnel.  Hold budget responsibility for the CAMO function. Qualifications: Minimum Five (5) years relevant experience, within Continued Airworthiness.
