TeleSolv Consulting has immediate opportunities to work with the Federal Government as an Outreach Analyst/Call Center Rep . We are seeking dedicated and motivated Customer Service Representatives to provide world-class support to the public. **PLEASE NOTE** To be considered for these positions, All candidates MUST be punctual for all scheduled interviews. Arriving on time helps ensure a smooth interview process and reflects professional readiness for the role. MUST dress in professional business casual attire. The hourly rate is $16.61 , which is non-negotiable. Credit check is a MUST for all applicants. This is a remote role, and all applicants must be willing/able to work various shifts: Between 9 am and 9 pm Covering Eastern, Central, Mountain, and Pacific Time Zones in the US. Candidates will work directly with the public, handling inquiries, sharing approved information, and ensuring professional and timely responses.
