Position: Safety Quality Engineer
Working Location: Gia Lam, Hanoi

Job Descriptions:
• Develop and validate vehicle body structures and occupant restraint systems using CAE simulation tools.
• Perform crashworthiness and occupant protection analyses (frontal, side, and pedestrian protection).
• Optimize component and system design to meet FMVSS, IIHS, ECE, GB, Euro NCAP, A-NCAP and other global safety regulations
• Collaborate with design, testing, and R&D teams to translate simulation findings into design improvements.
• Develop and refine virtual validation methods to enhance CAE accuracy and reduce physical testing needs.
• Analyze and interpret crash results, prepare technical reports, and present findings to internal stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Mechanics Engineering .
• Minimum 3 years of experience in vehicle crashworthiness or occupant protection simulation using LS-DYNA / PAM-CRASH.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with CAE tools such as HyperWorks, LS-DYNA, Oasys Suite, Diadem, ANSA, etc.
• Strong understanding of automotive structure design, crash behavior, and occupant kinematics.
• Familiarity with global safety standards and regulatory requirements (FMVSS, IIHS, ECE, GB, NCAP).
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Excellent reporting and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Capable of managing complex systems and performing under pressure.
