­­ Position: Body and Closures Durability Engineer Working Location: Gia Lam, Hanoi Contact to : Phan Thuy Trang ([email protected]) Job Descriptions: • Conduct finite element (FE) analyses and durability simulations for vehicle body and closure systems. • Build, validate, and refine FE models to ensure structural integrity and performance under fatigue and durability load cases. • Collaborate with design, testing, and validation teams to assess and improve design robustness. • Analyze results, identify critical areas, and propose optimization solutions to enhance design life. • Support development of durability standards and methods within the CAE team. • Prepare and present simulation reports and technical findings to stakeholders. Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering. • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in CAE durability simulation. • Proficient in one or more solvers: Nastran, Abaqus, Ansys, or OptiStruct. • Strong skills in FE model creation using ANSA. • Solid understanding of fatigue and durability analysis principles. • Experience with OptiStruct, nCode DesignLife, or FEMFAT is an advantage. • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities. • Excellent reporting and presentation skills. • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn. • Capable of managing complex systems and performing under pressure.
